Ii. Inspection of Parts:
1. It is the first 10-30 products produced before the retreat and retreat of the die machine. Each die is pumped 2-3 products for size and specification inspection. Iii. Process inspection:
1. Under the condition that the mold is not changed, every 2 hours, 2 pieces of each mold are extracted for capacity and material weight detection. In addition, the inner and outer diameters of the orifice should be detected.
2. New molds may be replaced during the process because of the mold. Therefore, the molding workshop shall immediately notify the quality inspection workshop after the mold change.
Iv. Full Inspection:
1. After the products come out of the annealing line, the quality inspection personnel shall carry out a full appearance inspection on all products, which is:

(4) The thickness of the sealing line: the sealing line is more than 0.5mm on the surface, and even the feeling of scraping is not allowed. The special sealing surface of the bottle mouth is not allowed. The main reason is that the mold is not closed in place or wear, need to be repaired, polished, polished and combined.
(5) material color: Generally speaking, the material color will not change greatly except for the changes of the ingredients of the raw materials. If the phenomenon of turning blue or turning blue occurs, the formula can be adjusted appropriately for color removal.
(6) The inside and outside diameter of the mouth and the appearance of the concave mouth: the inside and outside diameter of the mouth and the door are prone to problems. (10) hemp material: hemp material on the bottle body is much, mainly because the furnace temperature in the pool is too low, the material is not fully cooked, or the feed machine is too fast, which can reduce the machine speed, reduce the amount of material, ensure the solution temperature in the pool and other measures.
V. Sampling inspection of warehousing:
The quality management personnel shall carry out sampling according to the AQL counting sampling plan for the finished product batches that have been packed and are to be stored. Sampling shall be carried out in an all-round way (upper, middle and lower parts) as far as possible, and inspection shall be conducted strictly according to the standards or customer requirements. The qualified batches shall be immediately stored, stacked neatly and marked clearly.
